Based in Dallas, Rachel brings more than 20 years of experience in executive and professional recruiting, along with a strong reputation for building trusted, long-term relationships with candidates and clients.

Rachel has built her career around connecting great people with great opportunities. She has held senior and principal recruiting roles with globally recognized organizations including Abercrombie & Fitch, Fossil, Sabre, and Qualtrics, where she developed deep expertise across executive search, talent strategy, and high-touch candidate and client experiences.
Her approach to recruiting is rooted in understanding people, organizations, and culture.

Rachel founded KentManning Executive Search, driven by a desire to deliver a more personalized, relationship-first approach to executive recruiting. Today, KentManning operates in partnership with Waterstone Human Capital, combining Rachel’s boutique, founder-led model with the scale, resources, and global reach of Waterstone’s executive search and leadership advisory platform.
Rachel continues to lead searches with the same hands-on commitment and industry insight, now supported by Waterstone’s growing presence across the U.S. and internationally.
Outside of Work
A proud University of Oklahoma alum, Rachel splits her time between Dallas, TX; Bartlesville, OK; and Stockholm, Sweden. Outside of work, she enjoys international travel, discovering new restaurants, and spending time in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes. During college football season, she can be found cheering on the Oklahoma Sooners, no matter where in the world she is.
