Let's Talk About #RecruitingHappy

If you’ve interacted with our recruiting team, have been to our HQ, or have received a t-shirt (future pajama shirt 😊) at a hiring event from us, chances are you’ve come across the phrase we use everywhere: #RecruitingHappy. I am here to tell you that #RecruitingHappy is more than a hashtag or marketing campaign; it’s truly our core value at Hire Integrated. What it means to our team and me is that feeling when we can be at our happiest, for feeling successful in our position and job tasks. It’s that candidate just signed their offer letter because of MY hard work feeling. Think of traits like confidence, fulfilling (and often time-exceeding) the hiring manager’s expectations. At Hire Integrated, we want to be that bridge that connects a nervous job seeker to transition that will truly make a difference in their personal life – this is RECRUITING HAPPY. This is why I started this business and continue to show up.

We don’t hire recruiters that walk around smiling all day long, even though that isn’t uncommon to see around our hallways. We hire recruiters that are at their happiest when they are gaining the trust of hiring managers and placing candidates into opportunities that make a difference to their organization and, most importantly, themselves. Our journey always leads back to our candidates, and they are the hero of the story. That is what #recruitinghappy means to us. 🙂
